Section 14(1) in The Bombay City (Inami and Special Tenures) Abolition and Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 1969
(1)If any person is aggrieved by the provisions of this Act as abolishing extinguishing or modifying any of his rights to, or interest in, property and if compensation for such abolition, extinguishment or modification has not been provided for in the foregoing provisions of this Act, such person may apply in the prescribed form, and within the prescribed period, to the Collector for compensation.
