Section 24(3) in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973
(3)In the event of any failure on the part of any local authority to pay the cost of the scheme to the Board, the Government shall pay to the Board, such cost or so much thereof as is remaining due and shall recover the same from the local authority concerned in such manner and in such number of installments and at such time or times as may be prescribed.
