Section 7(7) in Andhra Pradesh Mineral Dealer's Rules, 2000
(7)The dealer shall allow any authorised officer by the director or his nominee authorised by him to inspect the stores and factories to verify the stocks of ores and minerals and take sample of the abstract from the records maintained by him.
