6. Functions of Nodal Officer.
- The Nodal Officer shall monitor all the complaints received in writing or through online electronic Public Distribution System(ePDS) portal available on the department's website or through the telephonic help line setup in this regard and shall forward the same to the officer concerned for their redressal.
