(1)For the services of the Inspector under any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may prescribe fees and may by general or special order provide for remission of any fee or any portion thereof.(2)Such fees shall be paid to the Inspector by such party as the Inspector may decide.(3)The fees paid under sub-section (2) shall be credited to the State Government.
