Section 41(5) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(5)It shall be competent for the University in furtherance of its objectives to acceptgrants from the Government of Kerala or any other State Government or donations undersuch conditions as may be agreed upon between the University and the granter or donor.
