Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would deposit principal amount of `7,42,895/- with interest @ 9% per annum till date and would make an application for settling the matter through Mediation-cum- Conciliation Centre before the Executing Court.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of.
If such an application is made before the Executing Court, the same shall be decided by the said Court within one week from its filing.
