Section 12(1) in Assam Agricultural Land (Regulation of Reclassification and Transfer for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2015
(1)Pending establishment of the approved non-agricultural activity, no owner or transferee shall transfer his land and no No Objection Certificate (NOC) for such transfer shall be accorded by the Deputy Commissioner except in accordance with the provisions under Section 10.
