(4)The Committee so appointed under sub-section (3) shall within such time and in such manner as directed by the State Government. select three persons who possess the qualifications mentioned in sub-section (2) whom it considers fit for being appointed to the post of Vice-Chancellor and shall recommend to the State Government, the names of the persons so selected together with such other particulars as it may deem necessary.
