3. Notification issued under Section 3.
- A Notification in Form 'A' containing the descriptions and necessary instructions for the treatment of the pests/diseases/ noxious weeds notified under Section 3 will be issued by the Agriculture Department for publication in the Official Gazette and also for general distribution to the occupiers in the notified area.
