Section 37(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)No employee shall use his position or influence directly or indirectly to secure employment in a company or a firm having dealings with the Authority, of any person related, whether by blood or marriage to the employee or to the employee's wife or husband, whether such a person is dependent on the employee or not.
