16. Powers to give directions by the Government.
- The Government may issue such directions as they may think necessary or desirable in respect of any of the matters mentioned in these rules and for distribution of assets and liabilities of the Joint Committees among the Local bodies concerned either ion the dissolution of the Joint Committee or on the withdrawal of may such Local Body from the Joint Committee.
