Section 10(1)(a) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(a)No officer or employee shall leave or discontinue his service in the Bank without first giving notice in writing to the Appointing Authority of his intention to leave or discontinue his service or resign;
