Section 35 in New Delhi International Arbitration Centre Act, 2019

35. Repeal and savings.

(1)The India International Arbitration Centre Ordinance, 2019 is hereby repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the India International Arbitration Centre Ordinance, 2019, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act.
