Section 94(1) in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered the following to the Returning Officer at such place or places as the Returning Officer may direct:-(i)the ballot boxes;(ii)the ballot papers account;(iii)the sealed packets referred to in rule 93; and(iv)all other papers used at the poll.
