The other appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service is complete. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

The respondent No.9 has already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.1-6 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.7 & 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Mr.Brajesh Kumar, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.8 & 10. He seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel has stated that he does not intend to file the counter affidavit. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after filing the vakalatnama.
