Section 4(1) in The Punjab Minimum Wages Rules, 1950
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in these rules, the term of office of a member of the Board, shall be two years commencing from the date of his appointment :Provided that such member shall not-with-standing the expiry of the said period of two years, continue to hold office until his successor is nominated.
