Section 12(1) in Telangana Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of a competent authority refusing to grant or renew a licence or suspending or cancelling a licence, may appeal in such form as may be prescribed within ninety (90) days to the appellate authority:Provided that the appellate authority may entertain an appeal even after expiry of the prescribed period, if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filling the appeal in time.
