(42)"Tariff Order" in respect of a Licensee means the last order in force issued by the Commission for that Licensee indicating the tariff to be charged by the Licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electricity;Explanation. - Any Distribution Licensee, Transmission Licensee and generating Units connected to the distribution system and the person availing open access in transmission or distribution system are also included in this term;
