48. Intimation of transfer of ownership.
[Sections 50 and 65(2)(i)]. - (1) An intimation of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle shall be made in Form HR No. 17.(2)A registering authority making any entry of transfer of ownership, if it is not the original registering authority shall communicate the transfer of ownership to the original registering authority in Form HR No. 18.
