Section 10 in The Transport Of Animals Rules, 1978
10. Where dogs or cats are to be transported by air:--
(a)the cages shall be properly cleaned and disinfected before the dogs or cats are put in the cages;(b)sufficient paddy straw or saw dust or paper cuttings shall be provided for cats in the cages as resting materials;(c)for international transport, the dogs or cats shall be kept in a pressurized compartment with regulated temperature.
