58. Transfer of provident fund.
- The sums at the credit of provident fund accounts of the employees, referred to in sub-section (1) of section 57 on the day immediately before the appointed day, and the sums at the credit of provident fund accounts of the employees referred to in sub-section (3) of that section, as on the date specified in the order under the said sub-section (3), shall be transferred to the University, and the liability in respect of the said provident fund accounts shall thereafter be the liability of the University.
