4 15-10-2012With the agreement of the parties, let the matter be referred to the Mediation Center of the Patna High Court.
At the first instance, both sides agree to appear before the Mediation Center on 31st of October, 2012 thereafter the Mediation Center will fix further date.
Let the matter be placed before this Court on 5 th of February, 2013 at 2.10 PM in Chambers when it is expected that both sides shall appear in person.
Let the interim order be continued.
