7. Constitution of Single Window Agency and Executive Committee.
- The Government may, by notification, constitute a Single Window Agency (SWA) for speedy clearances, for investment promotion in the State of Assam comprising of an Executive Committee of the Single Window Agency with the following members:-| (1) | Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam | - | Chairman ; |
