Section 5(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fee and Charges by State Load Despatch centre) Regulations, 2007
(1)The SLDC shall provide to the Commission, full details of its calculations of the estimated budget for the ensuing Financial Year, not later than four months before the commencement of the said Financial Year.
