27. Prohibition of misstatements in the offer document.
(1)An offer document or any report or memorandum issued by a special purpose distinct entity in connection with an offer of securitised debt instruments shall not contain any false or misleading statement.(2)An offer document shall not omit disclosure of any material fact which may make the statements made therein, in light of the circumstances under which they are made, misleading.
