Section 25(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Act, 2017
(1)The Authority may, with the prior approval of the State Government, create such number and category of posts of officers and other employees in the Authority as it may consider necessary to carry' out its functions under this Act and may make appointment thereto.
