Section 57 in The Orissa Port Trust Act, 1962

57. Period within which loans to be repaid.

- The time for repayment of any loan shall, in no case, exceed sixty years, and the time for repayment of any money borrowed for discharging any previous loan shall not, except with the express sanction of Government, extend beyond the unexpired portion of the period for which such previous loan was sanctioned.
