Section 52A(i) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(i)No person other than a licensee or his agent duly authorised by him in writing shall sell or offer or expose for sale or cause to be sold or cause to be kept or exposed for sale any ticket or pass or any other evidence of the right of admission to any cinema.
