Section 14(1) in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in other law for the time being in force, the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority may give such directions with regard to the implementation of any development project, as it mat think fit, to an authority to which payment of any money from its fund has been made under this Act.
