Section 1 in Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010.(2)These Rules shall come into force on such date as the State Government may notify in the official Gazette.(3)These Rules shall extend to the whole State of Gujarat.
