3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to inspect the Petitioner's Institution and issue of new NOC for DPHARM-DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY Course for the Academic Sessions 2023-24.
4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the compliance of deficiencies has been complied as per Annexure-3. The same may be directed to consider within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 has no objection.
5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the Annexure-3 and cause inspection and pass appropriate order in accordance with law Page 1 of 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
