Section 20(4)(i) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981

(i)Insurance Medical Officer desirous to go for Post-Graduate Training and Study may be allowed to go for the same at their own cost after completing 3 years of service in the Scheme. They will be allowed leave as permissible under Rules framed by the Government from time to time for the period of their training and study.
