Section 130(1) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)Where a class label is required to be displayed on a vehicle, it shall be so positioned that the size of the class label is at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical and the size of such label shall not be of less than twenty-five millimetres square which maybe divided into two portions, the upper half portion being reserved for the pictorial symbol and the lower half for the text:Provided that in the case of smaller packages a suitable size of the label may be adopted.
