(5)"Interest" includes the return to be made over and above the principal, whether the same is charged or sought to be recovered specifically by way of interest or otherwise and whether or not such interest is capitalized;[(5-a) "Member of a Scheduled Caste" means a member of any caste, race or tribe or part of or group within a caste, race or tribe specified as Scheduled Caste with respect to the State of Madhya Pradesh under Article 341 of the Constitution of India.] [Substituted by M.P.
