19. Exceptional grounds for rejection.
- The District Committee [***] [Omitted 'or Divisional Committee' by Act No. 16 of 2004, dated 2.1.2005.] or the State Board, as the case may be, shall not reject any proposal except for reasons to be communicated in writing to the investor within seven working days of such rejection :Provided further, that the investor may submit a revised proposal redressing the grounds of rejection of the initial proposal within a further period of fifteen working days, and any such revised proposal shall be deemed to be a new proposal for the purpose of Schedule II of the Act.
