Section 18(1) in Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)the Deputy Director General;(iii)the Director of Research and Development;(iv)two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee on the Board) to be nominated by the Board.(v)the Directors;(vi)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the State Government;(vii)one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.
