CP 519/2011 has been filed alleging non-compliance of the Tribunals order, which is the ground for committing the contempt by the respondents. As the orders passed, the respondents have clearly stated the reasons in their MA 1485/2011 seeking extension of time for implementing the directions of this Tribunal. Therefore, we are granting time upto 30.6.2011 to implement the order of this Tribunal. Thus no contempt exists. CP is closed with liberty to the applicants to revive the same if need arises.
