Section 9(b) in The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1993
(b)The distributor appointed under the public distribution system shall maintain a register giving the details of names and addresses of persons registered for obtaining liquefied petroleum gas connection.
