If the Superintendent of Vaccination considers that any female is according to the custom of the country unable to attend at the vaccine depot and is too poor to pay any part of the vaccination fee prescribed by clause (b) of Rule 5, the local authority on the recommendations of the Superintendent of Vaccination may direct the fee to be remitted in full.Rules under clause (d) of Section 33Supply of vaccine lymph.
