Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976
(1)The State Government may, subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. Such rules may provide for levying fees for any of the purposes of this Act; and for refund of such fees.
