(a)in respect of every application under sub-section (4) of section 15 of the Act read with rule 2, process fees in accordance with the scale prescribed in item 1 of Appendix III to Order No. 200 of the [Standing Orders of the Board of Revenue] [The Board of Revenue was abolished by the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980). Now, it is called Revenue Standing Orders.]; and
