Section 4 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1974
4. Amendment of section 22.
- In the principal Act, in section 22, after the existing clause (f), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:"(ff) On the security of the property of the University or on any other security and subject to the prior concurrence of the State Government to borrow money or so raise public loans for the purposes of the University;".
