Section 183(g) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(g)store-places are so constructed that,-(i)there is no risk of structural steel or pre-fabricated parts falling or overturning;(ii)storage conditions generally ensure stability and avoid damage having regard to the method of storage and atmospheric conditions; and(iii)racks are set on firm ground and designed so that units cannot move accidentally in such store places;
