Section 3(1) in Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for LPG Storage, Handling and Bottling Facilities) Regulations, 2019
(1)Requirements of these regulations shall apply to all existing and new LPG storage, handling and bottling facilities including at refineries, gas processing plants and LPG pipelines. The process units at refineries and gas processing plants as well as LPG pipelines are not included in these Regulations. For LPG pipelines and its associated facilities, the PNGRB (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines) Regulations, 2016 shall be applied.
