2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994);(b)"Chief Executive Officer" means the Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat or Zila Panchayat;(c)"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat;(d)"Section" means the Section of the Act.
