Section 14(4) in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
(4)One third of the members of the Academic Council shall form quorum at a meeting of the Academic Council:Provided that if a meeting of the Academic Council is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting for transaction of the same business.
