- Any provident fund instituted by the University for the benefit of its teachers, officers, or employees shall he governed by the provisions of Provident Funds Act, 1925, (19 of 1925). as if such funds are Government Provident Fund and shall be maintained in the State Government Treasury, and the Executive Council shall have power to frame Ordinances, not inconsistent with the provisions of that Act, for the administration of the fund.
