Section 115E(4)(iv) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989

(iv)Flex fuel vehicles shall be tested with reference fuel specified in Annexures IV-J and IV-Q and pure ethanol fuel vehicle shall be tested with reference fuel specified in Annexure-IV-R to these rules.
