Section 40(1) in The United Provinces Agriculturists Relief Act 1934
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the rules made under the Indian Registration Act, 1908, the stamp duty and the registration and copying fees on bonds of value or amount not exceeding rupees three thousand, executed by an agriculturist and registered under the Indian Registration Act, shall be as laid down in Schedule V.
